VacationRoost Acquires LeisureLink; Substantial Expansion

Vacation Roost logoVacationRoost Group Inc. (“VR”) based in Salt Lake City, Utah has announced a substantial expansion of its Vacation Home Reservation Network by acquiring LeisureLink, a distributor located in Pasadena, Calif.

Vacation Roost President Julian Castelli said the vacation home market, unlike other tracvel categories that can be easily integrated, remain hugely fragmented and largely offline.

He said VacationRoost and LeisureLink have been working to consolidate vacation rental inventory, standardize the offering and bring it online since 2001.

Today, the newly combined company offers travel distributors more than 200,000 bookable, commissionable vacation rental units that can be contracted and accessed through one supplier.

The combined company’s Vacation Home Reservation Network, based in Park City, Utah is currently generating over $130 million in annual vacation bookings.
