Chief Financial Officer Jack Filiault of Jiminy Peak will transition toward a 2015 retirement. Filiault has been with the Berkshires ski resort since 1974 and in his present capacity since 1987.
CEO Tyler Fairbank Filiault will maintain his title and some of his duties during the transition, while serving as an advisor to The Fairbank Group LLC owners, Brian and Tyler Fairbank.
“Jack and I have worked together for several decades,” says Fairbank Group Chairman Brian Fairbank. “I admire his dedication, loyalty, years of hard work and institutional memory. I am delighted we are able to maintain the benefit of his experience and wisdom throughout this transition and also create opportunities for a number of other outstanding team members.”
Tyler Fairbank said Ray Boudreau has been promoted Director of Accounting and finance and will serve as the department director. He was formerly the company controller.
Sarah Sweet becomes Executive Assistant and Associate Manager. General Counsel Adam Filsom takes over the real estate department. Lodging Director David Cammer adds vacation ownership operations and homeowner relationships to his responsibilities.
