Located in southwestern Montana, just an hour south of Bozeman, Big Sky is the second-largest ski resort in the United States by acreage. Featuring a vertical drop of 4,350 feet, and serviced by 36 lifts, Big Sky has terrain for every ability level, especially those looking for a big-mountain experience. The resort offers 300 degrees of skiing off of Lone Peak, surrounded by 3 other mountains, and spans 5,850 acres of terrain to explore.
