X Games is back, but it’s far from familiar.

If any snowboarder or skier in southern California isn’t amped up for the new season yet, then they should find their jones at Ski Dazzle 2013 - The Los Angeles Ski Show & Snowboard EXPO.

The Winter X Games return to Aspen’s Buttermilk Mountain Thursday through Sunday, Jan. 24-27 with plenty of TV saturation on ESPN, WatchESPN, ESPN 3D and ABC.

Eastern-based athletes in the snow and ice sports are now channeling their efforts on the next Winter Olympics, which are less than 13 months away.
