Ski Brule Early Lift Ticket Sale

Ski Brule

Now may not seem like the time to worry about next season’s lift ticket deals, but if you like skiing and boarding at Ski Brule, the best prices of the coming season are now available.

Brule, the popular Michigan UP resort just above Wisconsin, is offering lift tickets for $30 each until Sept. 15 via a couple of separate deals being offered online. The advanced lift tickets are normally $32 each when purchased ahead online for a limited time after the season opens. Daily lift tickets purchased at the window last season were $42.

Purchase five advanced lift tickets and you'll receive an additional free ticket valid anytime Dec. 1-25. Buy six tickets and receive an additional ticket free that’s valid throughout the 2012/13 season.

Adult season passes are currently on sale for $343 and junior passes (ages 10-17) are $263. A family pass is $793. In past years season passes have risen in price in early October. That’s just a little over five weeks away.

Brule, a longtime Midwest family favorite, offers a variety of terrain – slopes, terrain parks, terrain trails and halfpipes – that flow off a 500-foot ridge. As Heartland skiers and riders have learned in past years, a Brule season pass is a wise investment. You can count on plenty of time to use it. They normally post the longest snowsport season in the Heartland.

The resort stayed open 182 days during the 2005/06 season, which is the record for longest season mid-continent.  The area normally opens in early November and stays open well into April.

Fall is a great time to visit the UP for outstanding color tours.  Brule offers nightly accommodations starting at $61 per night. It makes a great spot to stay and explore area trails and waterfalls. You might even see some moose this time of year.
