Naughty Or Nice, Treat Yourself To Christmas On New England Slopes
Hopefully there’s going to be some new ski gear waiting for you under the tree this year, and if you are lucky enough to be able to celebrate Christmas on the slopes this year, you’ll find some great deals and fun activities as well a some quieter runs before the vacation week starts.

You must wear your outfit to the ticket office, and when they say outfit, Bromley means coat, pants, hat and beard (real or fake) are a must.

Waterville Valley is open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Christmas and, if you can ski on the 26th as well, Hannah Kearney, Waterville’s skiing ambassador, will there for a Meet and Greet with Hannah at the top of Bobby’s Run at 10 a.m. Join her as she makes several loops on the upper mountain including the Northside and Sunnyside. The skiing wraps up at 11:30 a.m., and is followed by a photo session in the Courtyard until noon, then an autograph session inside the Base Lodge from 1-2 p.m. New Hampshire resident Kearney is an Olympic gold medalist for the Freestyle Mogul event at the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics and Sochi in 2014 and alumna of the Waterville Valley Academy and BBTS Ski Club.
Ragged Mountain will be turning the lifts on Christmas, including the new Spear Mountain Express. If you buy your ticket online in advance, a one-day ticket is $35.99. On the hill, watch for the Mischievous Elves: find one and be gifted a return ski ticket.
