Mont-Sainte-Anne Turns 50 With Party, Events
Quebec’s Mont-Sainte-Anne kicks off its official 50th year celebration Jan. 16, with a full day of special events, prizes and offerings. Click for full schedule, but here are a few examples:
A giant mural, designed for permanent legacy, will be displayed soon. It was painted by college students to honor the resort’s employees.
Rossignol will make available 50 pairs of a special edition 50th anniversary ski. The resort also will be producing 50 pairs of its own skis, partnering with Rossignol, available for purchase in their boutique and other shops around the area.
Guests can visit the historical photo booth located in a gondola at the base of the mountain, a giant timeline created by local school kids. Speaking of gondolas, two of Mont-Sainte-Anne’s gondolas will be painted gold in honor of the 50th anniversary.
Follow the resort on social media that will share archive treasures throughout the season at #50MSA
