It’s been one of the best finishes to the ski season in decades across the Heartland, and it’s not done yet. A number of ski resorts across the upper Great Lakes remain plan to be open into mid-April.
Lutsen Mountains, Minnesota’s Arrowhead, plans on remaining open through April 14 and have a couple of great weekends planned with plenty of snow and music to end the season.

Boyne Mountain plans to remain open as long as Mother Nature allows. The latest that I’ve skied there was April 20 during the 2007/08 season. I would look for them to make at least that, and maybe remain open even longer. Ski and golf on the same day, why not?
Nubs Nob always planned on remaining open through Sunday, April 7. Boyne Country Spring Ski & Ride promotion runs through that date, and Nubs Nob lift tickets are included in your lodging package when staying at a participating Petoskey or Harbor Springs lodging property.
