Expo Time: Boston Plans For A Big Winter

The Boston.com Ski & Snowboard Expo is happening now, and it’s a great chance to find show-only deals on tickets, lodging and winter gear. SnoCountry.com is here at the Expo at the Seaport World Trade Center Nov. 8-11, and the palpable excitement for the season is in the air as we look forward to a winter on snow.

Get a first-hand taste of the Red Bull Crashed Ice competition debuting at Boston’s Fenway Park Feb. 8-9. Their virtual reality experience goes to the heart of ice cross competition, shooting down a steep icy track at 50 mph, flying around hairpin turns and over bone-rattling drops, just like the ice cross downhill athletes will experience at Fenway. Meet two-time ice cross world champion Cameron Naasz, competing at Fenway as he looks to take back his championship title, at Expo Thurs.-Sat.
