Bromley’s New Aerial Adventure Park To Open In July

Bromley Aerial Adventure Park

Construction is well underway on a new Aerial Adventure Park at southern Vermont’s venerable Bromley Mountain in Peru. Plans are for an early July opening.

The park will roll out over five acres and will include more than 60 elements and will cost $500,000.

“The Aerial Adventure Park is a signal to our guests that we are committed to enhancing their experiences here at Bromley, whatever the season,” said General Manager Bill Cairns.

He said the park will be something completely different offering a two-hour physical and mental challenge. Participants essentially go from tree to tree on cables. They are in safety harnesses.

There are four levels of difficulty on five courses. There are rope ladders, floating planks, zip-lines, rolling barrels and net walls.

Tickets are $39 for all ages, seven and up. All participants must go through a “ground school” before entering the course. A combo pass is available for both the Aerial Adventure Park and Bromley’s Adventure Park for $59.

The Adventure Park itself is loaded with attractions, including an alpine slide (Bromley was among the very first resorts to add a mountain slide decades ago); super slide; climbing wall; miniature golf course; trampoline; bounce house; bumper boats; a giant swing, and scenic chairlift ride.
