Bolton Valley Ski Area is the site of a 5K run to benefit Vermont Adaptive Ski and Sports Aug. 30, beginning at 9 a.m., rain or shine. The day continues with the Hop Jam event immediately after the run.

The Copper Mountain Resort Season Passholder will get more bang for their buck this winter with Taos Ski Valley and Grand Targhee offering free skiing and riding for the 2014/15 winter season. 

On the coattails of announcing the largest expansion of 2014/15 winter season, Kachina Peak, Taos Ski Valley welcomes Copper Mountain Passholders this winter to New Mexico. Grand Targhee Resort in Alta, Wyoming, known for winter snowfall historically towering over 500 inches, will offer free skiing and riding to 2014/15 Copper Mountain Passholder who book lodging with Grand Targhee Lodging.

In addition to free skiing and riding at Taos Ski Valley, Grand Targhee, and unlimited skiing at Copper Mountain Resort, 2014/15 Copper Season Passholders also get full access to Powdr Perks which opens up free skiing and riding in five additional states across the U.S. at Powdr operated resorts; Boreal Mountain Resort in California, Killington Mountain Resort in Vermont, Mt Bachelor Resort in Oregon, Park City Mountain Resort in Utah and Las Vegas Ski and Snowboard Resort in Nevada. The Copper Pass, Secret! Copper Pass and Four Pack holders also receive great benefits all season long including 10 Copper Mountain Friends and Family discounted tickets and 50 percent off Tubing Hill walk-up sessions.

Copper Secret! Season Pass offers unlimited skiing and riding on the best terrain in Colorado, but adds in bonus unrestricted access to the Secret! Pass express lift line at certain chairlifts throughout the resort and early access to the mountain before the general public for only $489. 

The Four Pack offers four non-transferable days to use any time during the season for only $149. The Copper Pass offers full, bottomless access to Copper Mountain all season long, as well as three additional days for adults and unlimited skiing and riding for ages 17 and under at Powdr Resorts for $389. All season pass products have zero blackout dates.
