This marks the 17th year of the Readers’ Poll based on 46,476 online responses. Resorts are picked based on a questionnaire sent to the magazine’s readers who rated resorts/hotels on a five-point scale – excellent, very good, good, fair or poor – on a variety of criteria, including terrain, après-ski activities, dining, rooms, service, location and overall design. The overall score represented the percentage of respondents rating a resort or hotel on excellent or very good.
