Resorts Of The Canadian Rockies Joins Epic Pass

Update March 6: Vail Resorts has released early season pricing for the 2018-19 Epic Pass, coming in at $899 ($469 kids 5 to 12) for unlimited access to all 15 Vail Resorts-owned destinations.

Epic Pass holders also get seven days with no blackout dates at Telluride in Colorado and at Resorts of the Canadian Rockies (Fernie Alpine Resort, Kicking Horse Mountain Resort and Kimberley Alpine Resort in British Columbia, Nakiska in Alberta, and Mont Sainte Anne and Stoneham in Quebec), and five total consecutive days with no blackout dates at Hakuba Valley’s nine ski resorts in Japan. Also,limited access to Les 3 Vallées, Paradiski and Tignes-Val D’Isere in France; 4 Vallées in Switzerland; Arlberg in Austria and Skirama Dolomiti in Italy. 

 

Epic Pass skiers and riders can now add to the growing list of destinations next winter the iconic Resorts of the Canadian Rockies - Fernie Alpine Resort, Kicking Horse and Kimberley in British Columbia, Nakiska in Alberta, and Mont Sainte Anne and Stoneham in Quebec.

Epic and Epic 7-Day pass holders will receive seven days and Epic 4-Day pass holders will receive four days of skiing or snowboarding with no blackout dates at the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies, and 50 percent off lift tickets after the seven days have been redeemed.

Epic Pass holders can go direct to the lift with their pass at Resorts of the Canadian Rockies and bypass the ticket window.

RCR season pass holders, including RCR Rockies Pass, Fernie Season Pass, Kicking Horse Season Pass, Kimberley Season Pass, Mont Saint Anne and Stoneham Season Pass holders will receive 50 percent off lift tickets at all Vail Resorts owned mountain resorts.

Perhaps best known among the RCR family of are Kicking Horse and Fernie, located in the southeast corner of British Columbia on the legendary “Powder Highway”. Both Kicking Horse and Fernie cater to powder hounds with their abundant annual snowfall and big mountain skiing.

Buy by April 15 for the lowest price, plus six “Buddy” tickets at a flat discounted rate for friends and family to use and six “Ski With A Friend” discounted tickets offered with eligible season passes.

Epic options also include Epic Local ($669), Epic 7-Day ($669) and Epic 4-Day ($439). 

Active and retired military and their dependents can get a $99 Military Epic Pass.

A $49 down payment now guarantees the lowest price for Vail Resorts’ season pass products with the remainder due in the fall.

Apply the cost of your same-day lift ticket toward the price of an eligible season pass with the Turn in Your Ticket program. 

 

With the Epic, go direct to lift at Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Telluride, Park City, Whistler Blackcomb, Heavenly, Northstar, Kirkwood, Wilmot Mountain, Afton Alps, Mt. Brighton and the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies.
