Jim Riley has been a Ski Shop Hero at Crystal Mountain for close to 25 years but now he's been recognized nationally! In December he was chosen from nominees across the United States as one of five finalists for SKI Magazine's Ski Shop Hero. This video and votes from the loyal fans that have benefited from Jim's years of experience fitting boots and tuning skis helped him earn honors among this year's Top Three Ski Shop Heroes. In January, he was recognized at the SnowSports Industries of America Conference in Denver, Colorado and earned a trip to Jackson Hole, Wyoming at the end of February. Next time you stop by the Mountain Sports Shop for a little advice be sure to wish Jim congratulations!
