Winter Carnival celebrating our 50th Birthday. It is time to start planning for Winter Carnival in February, and our theme this year is our 50th Birthday! Put your brain into retro gear and come up with a creative way to celebrate. It was 1960 when we opened. What kind of images does that bring to mind?
