24th Annual Family Fest: 24thAnnual Family Fest - Celebrating outdoor winter family fun. Family Fest will feature lots of activities, recreation and good times. Sign up for the Poker Run, Snow Volleyball Tournament, Pie-Eating Contest and Ugliest Ski Sweater contest on the courtyard from 9am-10am. (near the cafeteria if it's snowing) Everything is free! Events go from 10am-2pm. 78h Annual Snow Sculpture Contest - We provide the snow pile - you provide the imagination! Theme for 2011 - TBD You must sign up at 207-647-8444 ext. 12. (we only have 12 piles). Cartoon Character parade down the Rabbit Run at 11:30am! Snow Poker Run - Ski or ride to four stations around the mountain and pick up your playing cards. The person with the best hand wins! Sign up between 9-10am - there are only 52 spots! Family Nastar from noon-2pm on the Main Slope! Blueberry Pie-Eating contest. Event at 1pm - sign up between 9am-10am in the courtyard. Only 20 spots! BBQ on Blizzard's Pub deck from 11:30a-1pm. Special Deals for hungry families The "Ugliest Ski Sweater" Contest at around 2pm (while we judge the snow sculpture contest). Other fun-filled activities - Face-painting in the Base Lodge, Snow Volleyball Tourney at 2pm, Tug of War at 2:30pm
