SAN JUAN SKI COMPANY SNOWCAT TOURS: Ski or snowboard in the fabulous backcountry of Southwest Colorado's rugged and remote San Juan National Forest with the San Juan Ski Company. Based at Durango Mountain Resort, San Juan Ski Company is Colorado's largest cat-ski operation, with 35,000 acres of steeps, trees and deep powder for intermediate through advanced skiers and riders. Safety First! In an effort to make our mountain a safe place for all we encourage Purgatory\\'s new Ten Foot Rule! Stay outside a 10 foot perimeter of any and all other skiers/riders while in their descent. Also, knowing the skiers code is your responsibility. Lets keep our visiting families safe!
