Balance and Coordination - Level 2

Step 1: Tear a small strip of masking tape and stick it to your shirt (this makes it less sticky so you don't give yourself an eyebrow waxing).

Step 2: Cover your non-dominant EYE (see figure to the right) with the small strip of tape and repeat the level one sequence. When you have finished step 2 you can move to step 3.

Step 3: Cover your dominant EYE with the small strip of tape and repeat the level one sequence.

At this point you will be amazed at how difficult the simple task of throwing and catching is when one eye is covered. Your depth perception is compromised and simple tasks are frustrating. When you have completed level 2 remove the tape and repeat the level one sequence again normally. See how much easier it is already! Routinely doing these simple drills will dramatically help with visual focus and coordination.
