Saturday, February 11 - Romancing the Snow! Bring your sweetie for a day on the trails to enjoy a day of skiing, snowshoeing, tubing and ice-skating. Saturdays are Finn-tastic at Lapland Lake! Delight in Après ski relax at our Tuulen Tupa Grill and enjoy complimentary live music with Dan Lynaugh from 3 - 5:30pm. Wine, beer, glogg (hot mulled wine), juice, soda, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and appetizers are available for purchase. If you like, linger longer for our Romantic Candlelit Saturday dinner special! The $15 adult and $10 child (through age 10) price includes salad, warm crusty bread & butter, choice of dinner specials including Filet Mignon served with twice-baked potatoes & house vegetable; Shrimp Scampi served with rice pilaf & house vegetable or Vegetarian Lasagna served with house vegetable, dessert and coffee or tea. You may also choose to order our Finnish Platter for $19 which includes a sampling of our traditional Finnish meatballs, cabbage rolls & lohilaatikko (salmon casserole) served with Finnish beet, cucumber and mushroom salads. We also have an $8 special Children’s Menu that is sure to please. Reservations are advised and appreciated; dinner is served beginning at 5:00pm.
